Dr. Carlotta Rigotti and Dr. Eduard Fosch-Villaronga from the eLaw Center for Law and Digital Technologies at Leiden University, partner of the BIAS project, will be organising a workshop entitled “The ambitions and limitations of AI-driven recruitment and selection: Unfolding fairness and diversity bias” under the JSAI International Symposia on AI, taking place in ACT CITY Hamamatsu, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka (Japan), between the 28th and 31st of May 2024.
