Welcome to AI on-Demand! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access as a user (“User”) and your use of the AI on-Demand platform (“Platform”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through AI on-Demand (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Access to the Services
1.1 Eligibility
By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and to comply with them.

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Breaching these Terms or related policies.
- Engaging in unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior.
- Sharing content you do not have the right to distribute.
- Infringing on others’ intellectual property rights.
You may not:
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
- Access or collect data using automated means without permission.
- Proxy, collect, or misuse account credentials or access tokens.
- Abuse any reporting, flagging, or dispute channels.
Violations may result in your account being restricted, suspended, or disabled.

3. Data and Privacy
3.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of any content (e.g., AI resources, datasets) you upload, submit, or transmit through the Services (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
3.2 Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the Services, you consent to such practices.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Scope of Protection
The Platform and all its content (text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software, etc.) are protected under copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 User-Generated Content
You retain rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, and display it in connection with the Services.
4.3 Licensing Models
User content can be shared under licenses such as GPL, APACHE, LGPL, MIT, COMMERCIAL, and Creative Commons. Metadata for uploaded resources is made open under CC0 or equivalent, in alignment with FAIR principles.
4.4 Infringement Reporting
We provide a process for reporting IP infringements. Users can report violations through a designated contact form. We commit to investigating and addressing valid claims.
4.5 Third-Party Content and Collaborations
We respect the IP rights of third parties. When integrating external content or services, we ensure agreements are in place to protect all parties’ IP rights.
4.6 Innovation and Ownership
Innovations (e.g., AI models or datasets) created using the Platform are owned by the Users who develop them. The Platform may hold a license to use such innovations as per this agreement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and title, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or affects your statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Issues arising from (a) your use or inability to use the Services, (b) third-party conduct or content, or (c) unauthorized access to your data or content.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Disputes will be resolved under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, by one or more arbitrators appointed under those rules.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all use thereafter. Continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
